The 2900 is a private event space perfect for upscale meetings and presentations, parties, training sessions, showers, receptions, etc. In addition to the meeting area, The 2900 features a kitchen and bar area, an attached outdoor patio and fire pit, and two private restrooms.
Our modern space has seating to meet your specific needs and comes equipped with a contemporary lineal electric fireplace, 75 inch TV, wifi, the ability to host live-stream conferences, premium sound options, and the capability to cast from any device to the TV via the Barco WICS-2100 Wireless Presentation System. Whether you’re meeting with out of town clients, hosting a graduation party for your daughter, or throwing a bridal shower for a friend, the 2900 is a versatile and intimate area to train, entertain, and celebrate.
Amenity Details:
The 2900 is able to accommodate 49 guests. 5’ round tables, 3’ bistro-bar height tables, and training tables can be set up for a casual presentation, hands-on training, or with more traditional conference room style seating. The outdoor patio area is attached to the event space, and a glass overhead door connects the two; if desired, the glass door will open to allow the two spaces to flow together. Our TV is a 75 inch flat screen and sits above the contemporary lineal electric fireplace. The kitchen features a 10’ by 6’ island, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, garbage disposal, and electric range.
The Barco WICS-2100 Wireless Presentation System allows:
The sharing of audio and video content from a Chromebook or Android device
The integration of audio/ video content from an iOS device
On-screen user preview displays thumbnails of all connected devices
Dynamic screen layout of multi-presenter content
Power-over-Ethernet for flexible and simple installations
Want to use our space?
At this time, the 2900 is not available for rent to the public, but is to be used by our family and friends. We hope that in lieu of paying us to use this space, you’ll consider making a similarly substantial donation to Haiti Lifeline Ministries.
